Johnny Moya, Branch Manager

Johnny, a California native with a rich background in construction leadership, joined Hayes in 2022, bringing his experience as a foreman from Unlimited Metro KC Painting. His journey in insulation began at The Hayes Company in Kansas City, where he quickly embraced the company’s culture and relished the opportunity to learn from his talented colleagues. Johnny appreciates the job flexibility the insulation industry offers, allowing him to balance work with his passion for spending quality time with family. Now residing in Dallas with his wife and three bulldogs, Johnny’s advice to aspiring insulation professionals is simple: maintain an open mindset, never stop learning, and always have a life goal. His diverse experience and positive attitude make him an asset to the Hayes team.

Miguel Romo
Project Manager

Miguel Romo, a Project Manager with over 15 years in the construction industry, brings extensive experience in project management, operations, and customer service to Hayes Insulation. His career began in logistics and warehouse management before expanding into sales and customer-facing roles, where he developed a strong ability to lead teams and build lasting client relationships. This diverse background has given him a well-rounded perspective, allowing him to manage projects with efficiency while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront. Miguel enjoys seeing projects come together successfully and values the trust built with clients who appreciate honesty and quality, as well as the dedication and teamwork of his colleagues. 

Outside of work, Miguel enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, volleyball, and basketball, and firing up the grill. He also has a passion for DIY projects, always looking for creative ways to build or improve something with his own hands. To those considering a career in insulation or the trades, Miguel’s advice is simple: work hard, keep learning, and take pride in every project. His leadership, experience, and commitment to excellence make him a valued part of the Hayes Insulation team. 

Lindsey Kratzmeyer, Account Coordinator

Lindsey brings a diverse background to her role as Account Coordinator at our Dallas office. A former childcare provider, daycare administrator, and massage therapist, Lindsey joined the Hayes team in 2025. She values the stability and flexibility her role provides, allowing her to balance her career alongside motherhood. Lindsey appreciates that her customers collaborate with her to ensure jobs are completed without overextending the crew. She also relies on her dependable team to keep everything running smoothly. Outside of work, Lindsey homeschools her children, loves crafting, and studies psychology in her spare time. Her advice to anyone entering the trades: ‘Always stay teachable and make time to do the job right the first time, or you’ll have to make time to do it twice.’

Oscar Cortes Ortiz
Field Manager

Oscar joined the Hayes Insulation team in 2024, bringing valuable experience working in hands-on, fast-paced team environments. As field manager, he enjoys leading and coordinating his crew and making sure they have everything they need to complete their work. He appreciates that his team works well together and is willing to work hard, learn, and communicate clearly to get the job done right. Oscar enjoys watching a home’s progress from start to finish, knowing his team played an important part in the home’s comfort and energy efficiency. He values the trust customers place in the Hayes team and the opportunity to provide them with quality work and a more comfortable home. In his free time, Oscar spends time with his family, works on personal projects, and is always learning new things. He is a lifelong learner who believes in doing his best and exceeding expectations. Oscar encourages those considering joining the insulation trade to “be willing to learn, work hard, and pay attention to the details.”
